Basic Rules & Info.

• I’m always available for questions and concerns from you, but please, DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS. My email is my main method of communicating with my manufacturer and I really do not want to miss any emails with them.
• The best way to contact me is DM me on my Twitter, Instagram, or Discord
• I DO NOT ALLOW MY ITEMS BEING RESELL AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN WHAT I SELL THEM FOR. I will block you if I found out you are reselling my items at a higher price and scam people. As a content creator, please respect me and my designs.

Note: All of my items are limited. You only have the opportunity to get it once, or twice at the most. After that, the design will be retired. Every time I launch a new project, it is highly encouraged that you join if you can. If you happen to miss the project, I often do stock sales at the end of a project. However, the quantity is very limited and there’s no guarantee you will be able to get it successfully.

• Payment, updates and shipping notice will always be send through your emails. Please check your email and spams. In incidents where you still haven’t receive the email, please dm me.

How To Order (Step-by-Step Guide)

1. Enable post notifications on my Twitter and Instagram
2. Watch out for my Instagram stories to see if there’s mention of me launching a new project
3. Watch out for my Instagram post/Twitter post about the dates of pre-order announcement
4. If you see this cat (Jiaozi), then take notes of the date of the project launch.
5. Once I launched my project, go to the link that I gave you on the post and filled out the pre-order form. Be sure to read everything carefully so you are aware of the next step.
6. After the pre-order period is up, I will send you a payment email with direction on how to pay for the item.
